WHEN IS MY ORDER PROCESSED AND SENT?

We process and send all orders within 1-2 business days. A confirmation email is sent to notify you once your order has been shipped.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

For all orders within Australia, we use AusPost's Parcel Post Shipping. Delivery within Australia takes 2-4 business days. If your order isn't delivered within 5 business days please contact us at info@hunterandcrew.com.

For all orders outside Australia, we use AusPost's Standard International Post Shipping. International delivery varies from 6-12 business days depending on the destination country. On completion of your order an International Tracking Number is provided by email for online tracking purposes. If your international order isn't delivered within 15 business days please contact us at info@hunterandcrew.com.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

For all orders within Australia, shipping costs are $9.95.

For all orders outside Australia, shipping costs are determined based on the destination country and vary from $24.95 to $32.95.

HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN OR AN EXCHANGE?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you are dissatisfied we will be more than happy to assist you with a prompt refund or exchange where applicable.

Please complete the Returns Form and refer to our Returns Policy or simply contact us at info@hunterandcrew.com. Once we receive your request we will be in touch with you to proceed with the return or exchange process.

HOW DO I BEST LOOK AFTER MY SWIMWEAR?

Hunter&Crew swimwear is designed to be long lasting and retain shape. To further maximise the life of your swimwear: cold hand wash or gentle machine wash, do not soak, do not bleach, do not spin dry, do not dry clean, do not iron, do not tumble dry, avoid contact with abrasive surfaces and rinse with cold water after use.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES OR TAXES FOR MY ORDER?

For all orders outside Australia, tax and duties can sometimes be incurred. Payment of such taxes ad duties is the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
